About me

I'm an end-to-end designer focused on understanding the psychology behind user behavior. My approach is based on my ability to perceive people. Therefore I'm very successful in designing UX/ CX solutions providing meaningful experiences throughout the whole customer journey.

Throughout my career, I've created a variety of UX solutions and experiences for diverse brands in different sectors such as e-commerce, banking, communication technology, sports, media, and nonprofit industries. My skill set includes project management, technology, and user-centred design principles, which help me to manage projects, meet client expectations and deliver functional and user-friendly results.

A little more about me

I worked as a natural perfumer for several years, leading daily workshops to help people create perfumes from natural ingredients.
How does this connect to my UX skills?
During that time, I learned how to observe people closely, listen attentively, and guide them in expressing their needs — without making them feel uncomfortable. These are the same skills I bring to my daily work with clients when we are looking for the best solutions to their problems in the digital environment.
